The Lights at Bluff Valley is an annual event which celebrates the autumn season in Zumbro Falls with a festival of lights. Lights of Bluff Valley asked Team CDA to create a CD rom that would advertise the event, its sponsors, and offer coupons, even include a downloadable screen saver with prizes for event attendees.
